Try to use a different ground point(iron part) and wrap power and video plugs with electrical tape to insulate from interference. If still the same problem, please order a 12V DC power adapter filter rectifier to solve it, especially needed for Ford VW AUDI BMW Mercedes Benz vehicles. * Before you routing, if there is no image on the screen, other than check the camera, please check display setting as well. You can use other device with RCA connector, such as TV to check if the camera works.
