4. Details of Returns and Exchanges
1. If you find any products with functional defects within 7 days of receipt (based on the date of receipt on the shipping label), please contact us promptly.Requests past the deadline will not be accepted.

5. The following situations do not qualify for returns or exchanges:

2. When customers return products due to quality issues, they are required to send them back to our company using regular mail or express delivery. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee in advance. After receiving the goods, the company will reimburse the shipping fee and the actual cost of the product according to the post office's statement. If customers return products by express delivery or other means without communicating with customer service, the company will refuse to accept them.
3. All return packages must be sent using the real name of the consignor (i.e., the name of the person ordering). Before mailing the return package, you need to communicate with customer service and send the return list. The return package should include the return list to facilitate staff inspection and increase efficiency. 4. Returns made without prior communication with customer service will not be accepted.
