3. Regarding Out-of-Stock Items

4. Regarding Shipping Costs - There are two types of logistics fees and express delivery charges

We do not charge any transportation fees here. Once the goods arrive at the destination, the logistics company will notify you to bring the recipient's ID card to pick up the goods. You will pay the shipping fee to the logistics company at the time of pickup because each logistics company has different charging standards
Due to factors such as distance between regions and some locations not having direct access requiring transit, we cannot provide an exact figure for you; it will be based on the actual charges from the logistics company.Note: Due to the small size of silk scarves and scarves, they are packed very compactly, making it easy for small parcel logistics companies to lose them. Moreover, if lost, they do not compensate, which can cause inconvenience for everyone
In order to reduce risks, our company has decided that a single order must be at least 300 pieces before being shipped via logistics. Orders below 300 pieces will be sent via express delivery.
2. Express Delivery Costs
Courier charges are based on weight. For your convenience in placing orders, we have set up the product weight and courier charges in the backend. The cost shown when you place an order is the actual courier fee. Each courier we work with has different charges, so please don't always complain that you pay less elsewhere but not at my place

8. Door-to-door pickup
For local customers who choose door-to-door pickup, they must select items, place an order, and make payment on the website. Once the warehouse prepares the goods, customers will be notified to pick them up themselves. Door-to-door selection is not accepted.

Return and Exchange Policy
1. Returns and exchanges are available under the following circumstances

2. The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange
